Tsma Agreement

1. BINDING EFFECT. This is a mandatory agreement between you and TSMA Consulting, LLC (“TSMA”) that begins with your first use of the TSMA site in www.TSMAConsulting.com (the “website”) or your use of the services provided in connection with the site (the “service”). By continuing your use, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as these may be amended from time to time by TSMA at your discretion and without notice. You recognize this website and Terms of Use from time to time and take responsibility for checking this website and these Terms of Use and familiarizing yourself with any changes. If you find these amended terms of use unacceptable at any time, you must immediately leave the website and cease all use of the Service and Site.
